Minimal Impact by Ginevra Brizioli

Minimal Impact by Ginevra Brizoli in Rome

A historical overview in the stylistic sense built on the minimalism and the essential that have evolved over the nineties. No only the austerity and the sterile visions, as we now devise the stereotype of “minimal”, but quest for substance, for connection, for the linear transmission of a thought and a story, until then all too veiled by stylistic frills that marked the years past.

In the fashion of ’90s was split between opulence and minimalism, in the 21st century we could remark the informations came to us by the jobs of many designers of yesteryear, to recreate new attitudes with an aftertaste vintage but still innovative.

Creating, speaking, experiencing, these opportunities were passed down to us from the great artists of the last century, as Martin Margiela and Helmut Lang.

The endless and immense possibilities for distinguishing from the messes, with an intrinsically minimal and linear sense, after all.
