I can’t believe that in the 7 months that I have had this blog that I haven’t commented on one of my most favorite films, Reality Bites. Not only do I identify with it now that I am in my late 20s and don’t have a 9-5 job it means more and more each time I see it. Mostly I am here to talk about the impact that this film left on the fashion world in the 90s.

It’s strange that when a trend or period in fashion is happening you don’t take as much notice. Back then I never thought about how their style would be seen in the future because it was all so normal. This was how everyone around me dressed. Nowadays the male style has not changed all that much but still its great to look back on the grunge inspired looks that this movie will be remembered for.
