Ahh..Jake Gyllenhaal. He may seem like a strange choice for this weeks menswear installment but I have been so intrigued by his “good guy” appearance yet his dark choices in film roles. While he may be known as a heartthrob which trust me was well warranted,  there is a little bit of mystery behind the actor. Donnie Darko was his breakout film and also happens to be one of my favorites ever. An indie science fiction flick involving time travel and a curious rabbit named Frank. If you haven’t seen it then I highly suggest that you do. About a year later he did a film called “Highway” with Jared Leto and Selma Blair which is definitely worth watching. He really expanded his acting range by starring in “Brokeback Mountain” with Heath Ledger that absolutely broke my heart. Just amazing. So let’s start the week by traveling back in time with Jake Gyllenhaal. It also doesn’t hurt that he is major eye candy.
