Here are a few words by the creative director & stylist, Nicki Contreras about this exclusive submission.
The look book features contrasting characteristics of April and Fred, two of the main characters in Palo Alto. At times, both characters were trying to escape reality through opposite methods. Melancholic vs. aggressive states were revealed in each shot and made for great side by side shots in the printed version. Lastly, to keep the harsh feelings and teenage angst alive, the look book was mostly shot with film so it never loses that edge. Attached are a few photographs to give you a glimpse into the look book.
