For a new experimental project I decided to name my photo series after a song title. I usually come up with the title before the shoot, or more accurately in the car on the way. The locale of the series is focused on teenage bedrooms. Yes, I’m sure so many people are inspired by this, but that room becomes so much of who you are before you move out of your family house. For a few years that room is an extension of your psyche and dreams and your world. Take a deeper look for this first series titled “Miss World” from the band Hole and spend time in Ilhan’s room with her friend Sophie and the personality of the room within.
