Here are a few words about the mon amor series by Alphonsus Santos.
“I recently moved to London and came across Ashley (the girl pictured). Instantly, I was drawn by her confidence and ability to demand the room’s attention without saying a word; just with her walk and her entire being. I knew that I had to get to know her and photograph her as soon as possible. Myself and Ashley began to talk, I found out that she was from just outside of Paris and was currently studying at Central Saint Martins. Almost instantly we planned to do a shoot together. The photographs attached are the exclusive set of images that we created during an afternoon of walking around our neighborhood. As you can see, her personality reflects directly through the photographs; she was a natural in front of the camera.”
