Australian songstress Jack River @jack_river released her new Stranger Heart EP on Valentines Day.
Here she tells us how she is staying true to herself and her heart in this digital age:
In a time that emits confusion but markets perfection, a time that is overwhelming chaotic but demands constant ordered attention I believe that the most powerful thing one can do is to be their true and honest self, whatever form that may take.
For me this begins with the heart expressing its oddity and complexity. Speaking the truth even when its extremely uncomfortable. Writing what is honest not what is perfect and letting the heart and mind be ecstatic in love, anxious, afraid, confused and ready all at once.
