What would you do if you were in a hit and run? Well, we apparently know these characters would rather cover it up than deal with the crime. With a late 90s star studded cast that was just ripe for the burgeoning horror/ slasher/ stalker era of filmmaking.

Upon watching this film 23 years later we’ve learned these characters are all pretty much TRASH people. This however doesn’t stop us from breaking down the awesomely muted fashion, music, and the North Carolina mood across the whole film.
