So Squish started as a passion project by Shannon Stutenroth and soon morphed into a sustainable clothing brand based out of LA. Using recycled materials and a collage of mediums, Shannon combines funky knitted textures as well as hand painted fabrics to create themes of over-saturated colors and maximalist design. She knits with an emphasis on comfort and sews with a passion for idiosyncrasy.
Providing an alternative to buying into fast fashion she believes that the future of fashion is bright with brands like hers. So Squish is now stocked in three DIY clothing stores across New York and Los Angeles as well as online, depop and galaxy.
