“Afternoon Sister” by Caroline Mackintosh for Oyster Magazine

I originally had another post scheduled for today. Then I saw this amazing story by South African based photographer, Caroline Mackintosh that completely rocked my world. It does well to assume that the photographer worships the world of the soft focus 1970s. You may recognize a similar style in Sophia Coppola’s film work, particularly “The Virgin Suicides”, one of my favorites. Back to the days of seventies easy listening and through the haze of a summer afternoon.
