“I recently collaborated with an emerging South African fashion designer, Jacques Bam, on a fashion story set on the colorful streets of Johannesburg. The concept behind our shoot was to capture Jacques uber-feminine garments against the urban backdrop of Johannesburg, which has a reputation for being grungy.
Recent fashion graduate Jacques Bam’s collection titled ‘Hedonism’ is inspired by self-indulgence and over-abundance, splicing together sartorial references from the ’80s, ’90s and European Renaissance period.”
